Baked Rigatoni
Ingredients:
1 lb box of Rigatoni
1 lb of hamburger or sausage
1 lb of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pack of provolone sliced cheese
2 16 oz cans of tomato sauce (low sodium)
Garlic powder-dash
Onion powder-dash
Italian Seasoning-Dash
¼ cup of sugar
- Cook pasta according to directions
- Cook hamburger/sausage until brown & drain
- In a small sauce pan, add tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and sugar and simmer
- Drain rigatoni, mix hamburger/sausage and sauce in a 9X13 pan and add shredded cheese
- Top pan with slices of provolone cheese and bake on high broil until cheese is bubbles and melted.
